Be Mako provides technical SEO advisory, audit, site migration security, and strategic organic growth consulting. All client projects, pricing, and scope are defined via individual service proposals, statements of work (SOW), or official B2B invoices.

3. Invoicing, Payments & Taxes

• Services are invoiced in accordance with agreed proposal milestones or hourly/retainer terms.
• All B2B transactions comply with EU tax regulations and reverse-charge VAT mechanisms where applicable.
• Payments must be cleared within the timeframe specified on the official invoice.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients retain full ownership of custom strategic audit reports, technical documentation, and code recommendations created specifically for their platform. Both parties agree to maintain complete confidentiality regarding proprietary codebases, analytics data, and business strategies.

5. Disclaimer & Warranties

While we implement industry-leading, technical best practices aligned with search engine guidelines and modern rendering standards, search engine algorithms remain under third-party control (Google, OpenAI, Bing, etc.). Consequently, specific ranking positions or traffic guarantees cannot be legally warranted.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
